KOMUNITI PEMBELAJARAN PROFESIONAL MENURUT PERSPEKTIF ISLAM (Professional Learning Community through the Islamic Perspective)

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Pendidikan adalah faktor penyumbang utama kepada kejayaan sesebuah bangsa. Terdapat perkaitan yang rapat antara pendidikan yang diterima oleh rakyat sesebuah negara dengan kejayaan masa depan negara tersebut. Walau bagaimanapun, terdapat perspektif yang berbeza dalam membangunkan negara melalui perkembangan pengetahuan. Islam juga mempunyai perspektif tersendiri yang telah dimulakan sejak berabad yang lalu. Kini, usaha sedang dibangunkan oleh masyarakat barat disebabkan kecuaian masyarakat Islam, sebagai contoh, amalan komuniti pembelajaran profesional. Oleh itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk membincangkan amalan pembelajaran daripada perspektif Islam.

ABSTRACT

Education is a major contributing factor to the success of a nation. There is a close relationship between the education received by the people of a country and the future success of the country. However, there is a distinct perspective in developing countries toward the development of knowledge. Islam also has its  own  unique  perspective  that  began  centuries  ago.  Currently,  efforts  to develop knowledge have mainly taken place in Western societies rather than in Muslim communities, for instance in the matter of professional learning communities. Therefore, this article aims to discuss the practice of learning from the Islamic perspective.
