FAKTA CERITA DAN STRUKTUR PLOT FILEM AKSI MALAYSIA: ANALISIS FILEM LARI (2013)

Abstract

This article analyzes the narrative elements of the story fact (theme, character cum background and plot) and the structure of the plot of the action film genre of in `Lari (2013)` directed by Ahmad Idham. This analysis uses the fact that the story told by Robert Stanton (1965 and 2007) and the plot structure introduced by Syd Field (1979 and 2005), the Paradigm Syd Field and Blake Synder through his book Save the Cat !: The Last Book on Screenwriting You ' ll Ever Need (2005). In addition, the use of dots plot (plot point) in the structure of the plot will also be analyzed to see the arrangement of scenes that affect the overall development of the story. It also analyzes how the plot structure of the two films that helped creates the thrill and surprise element in accordance with the action film genre. This article hopes to shed light on the importance of the fact the story and narrative structure in the action film genre. It can also give guidance to the scriptwriters and filmmakers to create scenes that are appropriate in the plot points suggested by the structure of the plot. This is to ensure that the stories have elements of plot and structures are good and able to attract the audience to watch an action movie.
