Komunikasi Pemimpin Pendapat dalam Isu Pembedahan Plastik: Suatu Analisis Kandungan dalam Instagram Selebriti Media Sosial Terpilih

Abstract


Pemimpin pendapat memainkan peranan yang penting dalam mempengaruhi persepsi dan pembuatan keputusan dalam kesihatan. Dengan bantuan media sosial, pemimpin pendapat berupaya menyampaikan mesej dengan lebih mudah dan pantas, serta dapat mendorong masyarakat untuk berkomunikasi tentang sesebuah isu kesihatan dengan lebih terbuka. Ini dapat dilihat dalam pelbagai isu kesihatan, yang mana media sosial menjadi suatu platform perbincangan dan perkongsian maklumat  antara satu sama lain. Keterbukaan ini juga membolehkan perbincangan sebilangan isu kesihatan yang tabu dan sensitif untuk diketengahkan dalam platform yang lebih bebas. Kajian ini meneroka bentuk-bentuk mesej yang disampaikan oleh selebriti media sosial mengenai pembedahan plastik dalam akaun Instagram mereka. Analisis kandungan telah dijalankan keatas posting sepuluh selebriti media sosial terpilih, termasuklah gambar, video, kapsyen serta hashtag yang digunakan ketika berkomunikasi mengenai pembedahan plastik. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa perkongsian pengalaman pembedahan dan gambar selfie individu merupakan antara pilihan utama selebriti media sosial ketika berkomunikasi mengenai isu pembedahan plastik. Selain itu, kapsyen mereka menggunakan bahasa santai, serta hashtag yang menggambarkan prosedur pembedahan plastik banyak diperhatikan dalam posting mereka. Secara umumnya, teknik pemaparan yang digunakan oleh selebriti media sosial dalam kajian ini memenuhi kriteria dan elemen seperti yang disenaraikan dalam Model Hubungan Parasosial Pemimpin Pendapat iaitu orientasi, ransangan kepentingan serta maklumat dan pengurangan kerumitan.
