Focus and Scope
Jurnal Pengurusan (UKM Journal of Management) is published three times a year in June, September and December by UKM Press, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. It publishes original works that advance knowledge of theory, practice and research across the business management discipline. The journal focuses on but not limited to Asian regional perspectives on management of benefit to scholars, educators, students, practitioners, policy-makers and consultants worldwide. The research covers organizational and individual level of analysis in the field of management, managerial accounting, finance, banking, marketing, entrepreneurship and other related areas. This journal accepts both empirical and conceptual research papers with relevant methodological approaches.
This journal is currently indexed in SCOPUS, ASEAN Citation Index (ACI), CABELL and MyCite.

Peer Review Process
Manuscripts are subjected to a double-blind review process and are reviewed by two independent reviewers, with the exception of papers invited for fast track publication that are reviewed by on independent reviewer. Decisions regarding the publication of a manuscript are based on the recommendations of these reviewers. Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on their appropriateness for the journal, significance of contribution to the discipline, conceptual adequacy, technical adequacy, and clarity of presentation. Manuscripts of members of the journal team are subjected to the same review procedures.
Publication Frequency
Jurnal Pengurusan is published three times annually, in June, September and December.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Jurnal Pengurusan is indexed by Scopus, ASEAN Citation Index (ACI), Cabell and MyCite.
