Pengkomunikasian Pengurusan Maklumat dengan Budaya Kerja di Stesen Radio Malaysia Kedah FM

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengkomunikasian pengurusan maklumat dengan budaya kerja di stesen radio Malaysia Kedah FM. Terdapat tiga item dalam aspek pengurusan maklumat yang dikaji iaitu persekitaran maklumat, ketidakjelasan maklumat dan interpretasi maklumat. Manakala bagi aspek budaya kerja juga terdapat tiga item yang dikaji iaitu kebiasaan, perilaku dan pemikiran. Kajian ini dilakukan ke atas keseluruhan kakitangan yang bekerja di stesen radio Malaysia Kedah FM yang melibatkan seramai 61 orang responden. Kaedah kuantitatif dalam reka bentuk tinjauan iaitu borang soal selidik secara tertutup telah dijalankan dan ia mengandungi 3 bahagian iaitu Bahagian A merangkumi soalan berdasarkan demografi responden, Bahagian B memfokuskan kepada aspek-aspek utama Pengurusan Maklumat (Persekitaran Maklumat, Ketidakjelasan Maklumat dan Interpretasi Maklumat) dan Bahagian C memfokuskan kepada Budaya Kerja. Kajian ini telah menganalisis 52 borang soal selidik atas sebab terdapat 9 borang soal selidik yang rosak. Kajian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan sistem perisian Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) versi ke-23. Pengkaji telah menggunakan dua kaedah untuk menganalisis dapatan kajian iaitu kaedah statistik deskriptif dan kaedah statistik inferensi. Kaedah statistik deskriptif telah  digunakan bagi menerangkan dan menjelaskan kekerapan dan peratusan bagi setiap pemboleh ubah yang terlibat. Manakala kaedah statistik inferensi digunakan bagi melihat hubungan antara pemboleh ubah pengurusan maklumat dengan pemboleh ubah budaya kerja melalui ujian Korelasi Pearson. Hasil kajian telah menunjukkan bahawa terdapat hubungan yang lemah antara aspek pengurusan maklumat dengan aspek budaya kerja.
