Analisis Keberkesanan Program Bahagian Khidmat Nasihat Keluarga (BKNK) dalam Memperkukuh Institusi Kekeluargaan di Negara Brunei Darussalam
Abstract
Kajian ini menilai keberkesanan program intervensi yang dilaksanakan oleh Bahagian Khidmat Nasihat Keluarga (BKNK) di Negara Brunei Darussalam dalam usaha memperkukuh institusi kekeluargaan berasaskan prinsip Islam. Pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif telah digunakan melalui pengedaran soal selidik kepada seramai 270 responden bagi meneliti empat dimensi utama, iaitu kandungan program, pelaksanaan, tenaga fasilitator, serta impak program. Analisis data menunjukkan bahawa kesemua dimensi tersebut dinilai pada tahap yang tinggi dengan purata skor min berkisar antara 4.29 hingga 4.43, disokong oleh tahap kebolehpercayaan instrumen yang tinggi (α > 0.88). Dapatan ini mencerminkan keberkesanan program BKNK dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, kefahaman, sikap positif, termasuk kesediaan peserta untuk mengamalkan komunikasi dan tanggungjawab kekeluargaan berteraskan nilai-nilai Islam. Namun demikian, kajian turut mengenal pasti beberapa aspek kelemahan, terutamanya berkaitan pengurusan masa, kesesuaian fasiliti, serta kesinambungan sokongan dan motivasi peserta selepas program tamat. Oleh itu, penekanan terhadap penambahbaikan berterusan melalui inovasi modul, penyediaan persekitaran yang lebih kondusif, serta pelaksanaan mekanisme susulan yang sistematik adalah amat penting bagi memastikan intervensi BKNK terus menyokong pembentukan keluarga Sakinah, Mawaddah, wa Rahmah di Negara Brunei Darussalam.
