Kesahan dan Kebolehpercayaan Soal Selidik Pentadbir Sekolah Terhadap Kebolehlaksanaan Dasar Pendidikan Wajib 12 Tahun

Abstract


Kajian ini dijalankan bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti kesahan dan kebolehpercayaan soal selidik kebolehlaksanaan hasrat pelaksanaan dasar pendidikan wajib 12 tahun dari perspektif pentadbir sekolah. Soal selidik ini mengandungi empat dimensi berkisar tentang kefahaman tentang dasar pendidikan wajib di Malaysia, kefahaman tentang hasrat pelaksanaan dasar pendidikan wajib 12 tahun, kesediaan tentang hasrat pelaksanaan dasar pendidikan wajib 12 tahun dan penerimaan tentang hasrat pelaksanaan dasar pendidikan wajib 12 tahun. Kesahan soal selidik ditentukan menggunakan Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) melalui kesepakatan pakar melibatkan 11 orang pakar dalam bidang pengurusan pendidikan dan dasar pendidikan. Manakala kebolehpercayaan soal selidik pula ditentukan melalui penentuan nilai pekali Cronbach Alpha melalui dapatan kajian rintis yang dijalankan melibatkan 101 orang pentadbir sekolah. Soal selidik kepada pakar mengandungi 39 item berskala Likert 7 mata dan disediakan ruangan komen bagi setiap item untuk diberikan pandangan oleh pakar. Hasil analisis FDM, didapati 5 item tidak mencapai kesepakatan pakar kerana tidak memenuhi salah satu syarat FDM berkaitan nilai threshold, peratus kesepakatan pakar dan nilai skor fuzzy. Terdapat 1 item ditambah pada dimensi kefahaman dasar pendidikan wajib di Malaysia berdasarkan cadangan pakar. Maka, keseluruhan soal selidik yang telah disahkan mempunyai keseluruhan 34 item untuk ditadbir dalam kajian rintis bagi penentuan kebolehpercayaan. Hasil penentuan kebolehpercayaan, kesemua dimensi dalam memenuhi syarat nilai kebolehpercayaan yang diterima dan mencukupi, iaitu melebihi 0.80. Hal ini menjadikan nilai pekali kebolehpercayaan bagi keseluruhan soal selidik ialah 0.963. Maka, kajian ini merumuskan bahawa soal selidik ini sah dan boleh dipercayai untuk ditadbir dalam kajian sebenar.
